Materials are sorted, shredded, and mixed to optimize composting.

Waste undergoes controlled aerobic decomposition for 14–21 days.
4. Curing & Screening
Compost is matured, screened, and tested for quality.
5. Compost Packaging
Ready compost is packed for resale or redistributed to communities.
Biomass Production & Supply

Supacare produces and supplies high-quality biomass, including BSL and Woodsure accredited virgin wood biomass. Our biomass fuel is ideal for power stations, horticulture, and commercial biomass boilers, offering a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.

Supacare sources virgin wood from trusted suppliers and processes it into dried woodchip at our biomass production facility. We also supply arb chip or “wet” chip with varying moisture levels to suit customer requirements.
Muck Heap Removal

Supacare offers professional muck heap removal services across urban and rural locations. We help private yards, farms, and stables dispose of stable waste responsibly while turning it into high-quality compost soil improver.

Our lorries are equipped with grabs for direct loading from muck heaps, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant removal process for both private and commercial clients.

Proper muck heap management benefits the environment and supports soil health. By turning stable waste into compost, we reduce landfill usage, replace high carbon footprint materials, and aid carbon sequestration.
AD Grit Recycling

Supacare recycles anaerobic digestion (AD) grit, transforming it into high-quality compost soil improver. AD grit includes bones, seeds, fruit stones, and other indigestible matter from biogas production.

Supacare carefully processes AD grit alongside green and food waste using in-vessel composting technology. After 6–8 weeks of maturation, the material is screened and sorted to remove inorganics, resulting in nutrient-rich, peat-free soil improver that enhances soil structure and fertility.
